Gulbaz Road Contracting L.L.C was founded with a single, clear purpose: to deliver road and infrastructure works in the UAE to the very highest standard — no shortcuts, no compromise.

What started as a focused contracting operation in Dubai has grown into a trusted name on some of the UAE's most demanding RTA projects. Today, we work alongside Tier-1 main contractors — including Wade Adams Contracting and Khansaheb Civil Engineering — executing critical road works across Dubai on behalf of the Roads and Transport Authority.

Every road we lay, every kerb we set, and every trench we dig reflects the same commitment that founded this company: do it right, do it safely, and leave it better than you found it.

Our site teams have years of hands-on experience on UAE road and infrastructure projects. We hire for skill and retain for character — the people on your site are professionals who take ownership of their work.

Own Plant & Equipment

We invest in our own milling machines, paving equipment, rollers, excavators, and specialist tools. You get direct control of the schedule — no waiting for hired plant, no delays from third-party availability.

Rigorous Quality Control

Every compaction layer is tested. Every asphalt pour is temperature-logged. Every trench backfill is density-checked. We document everything and hand you the test certificates at completion.

Safety Without Compromise

Zero-incident target on every site. We run daily toolbox talks, maintain traffic management to RTA standards, and ensure every operative has the correct PPE and induction before stepping on site.

Company Founded

Gulbaz Road Contracting L.L.C established in Dubai with a focus on road and infrastructure works.

2022
First Major Sub-Contract

Awarded sub-contract by Khansaheb Civil Engineering for R1107 — Internal Roads in Al Barsha South 3 (AED 200,084).

2023
Wade Adams Partnership

Began ongoing sub-contracting relationship with Wade Adams Contracting — one of the UAE's largest civil contractors — on multiple RTA projects.

2024
Three RTA Projects Simultaneously

Executed R1087 (Parking Works), R1174 (Road Lighting), and R1015/6A (Deira Improvements) concurrently — demonstrating our capacity and programme management.

2025
RTA Prequalification Achieved

Officially prequalified by the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) as an approved contractor — Reg# A023-4417689. A landmark milestone confirming our technical and financial capability.
